The founder and president Mike Corcoran has almost a decade of experience in the residential construction industry. Starting off as a framer for a local residential builder then moving into the custom homes, Mike found out quickly that construction was where he wanted to be.

In the construction trade did he not only work as a carpenter but had the opportunity to put his mind and hands on experience to work as a marketing representative for Dow Building Products as well. 

Years after Mike took a position as Commercial Estimator for one of the largest heating and cooling contractors in the tri-city's. With entrepreneurship on his mind Mike took not only his estimation skills, but his past experiences with management and employee interactions to form a business of his own, M.COR BUILDING CONTRACTORS. Not to mention all of this took place while he studied and completed a degree in Applied Science of Residential Construction.
